BENEFIT OF PRIVATE LESSONs

Private ballet lessons can offer many benefits to a student’s progress—especially when tailored to a dancer’s age, level, and goals.

  • Individualized 1:1 focus on the student, or smaller group in semi-privates

  • Faster advancement

  • Target specific areas of need for improvement (turnout, placement, strength, flexibility, coordination)

  • Work on refinement of smaller details (port de bras, épaulement, transitions)

  • Help with artistry, musicality, and performance quality

  • Helps a student gain confidence and strength

Private Lesson Rates

  • Studio Rental - $30/hour

  • Private Lesson Fee - Range from $75-$100/hour depending on teacher experience

  • Semi-Private (no more than 3 students) - $65/hour per person
