Payment Options

Pay in full (tuition is due in full by the start of classes on September 11, 2023 for all Lower School classes)

- Cash, check, or credit card accepted (please read below for how to pay online via the Parent Portal)

Monthly Payments (tuition minus deposit, split into equal payments due on 1st of month)

-For dancers enrolled in 2 or more classes or families with multiple students

-Must have a credit card on file and saved in the parent portal to be charged automatically.

-First two months due at time of registration (6 installments); see below for schedule of fees for Fall 2023:

Registration

Our Fall 2023 term begins on Monday, September 11. Registration will open on the following dates:

  • Lower School Registration (Ages 18 months through Grade 3): Opens May 15, 2023 (priority given to returning students through May 22, 2023

  • Upper School Registration (Grade 4 and up): Opens June 1, 2023 (priority given to returning students through June 7, 2023)

Students in 4th grade and up must schedule a placement class. Contact us!

Tuition

At Acton School of Ballet we are proud to offer the most accessible tuition rates for families compared to any other classical ballet program in the Metrowest and Greater Boston area.

Our 2023-2024 school year consists of two 17-week terms (Fall & Spring). Students enrolled in the Fall term will be automatically re-enrolled in the Spring term unless specific changes are requested. Statements for the Spring term will be sent out in early January. Please see below for the tuition and refund deadlines for each term.

Costume Fees
For Pre-Ballet and above, Advanced Ballet, Modern, and Contemporary Ballet there is a required Costume Deposit due with the Fall tuition amount. Costume Balances will be included in the Spring Term tuition.

Lower School Costume Deposit: $40
Upper School Costume Deposit: $50

**Classes are limited and on a first come, first served basis. Registration is not complete until we have received payment of tuition and the costume fee. Payment is non-refundable after the dates listed below, except in the case of injury accompanied by a doctor’s note. We do offer pro-rated tuition amounts for students that enroll after the semester start dates.

Payment Policy: Payment of tuition and other fees associated with the current term are due in full upon registration (or first two months with payment plan) in order to insure your spot in class(es). Tuition is non-refundable after October 1, 2023 for the Fall term and March 1, 2024 for the Spring term. Tuition refunds will be pro-rated after the start of the term, less a $30 non-refundable registration fee for the Lower School and $50 for the Upper School. Refunds after the dates listed above will only be given for injuries accompanied by a doctor's note (with the exception of the registration fee).
